Inter Milan defender Lucio has defended his fellow Brazilians at rival Serie A clubs.
Lucio knows some of his countrymen are not flavour of the month at their clubs.
But he said: "If Diego did not play well at Juventus, it's certainly not because of a lack of potential. He will inevitably do better in his second season. Nobody can doubt Felipe Melo's value, either.
"At Milan, Ronaldinho is a phenomenon and the time has finally come for Alexandre Pato to shine."
