Inter Milan coach Luciano Spalletti took personal responsibility for their 4-1 rout by Atalanta.
Inter's run of seven straight wins came to an abrupt end on Sunday.
"We're sad because after seven consecutive wins, we got our fans used to a different feeling," said Spalletti.
“This match says blackouts are still in the shadows and haven't totally disappeared; it remains a flaw of ours. We must commit ourselves and give our souls.
“I've learned to stay inside in such situations, which can happen. The analysis starts with me and whether I've done my job correctly.
“Based on how it went, I see wrong decisions on my part. The result of the game says so, but I can't hit rock bottom.
“The emotional, mental and physical expenditure of Tuesday's game also weighed on Barcelona, who were below-par themselves."
