INSIDER: Real Madrid see Ramos as their Guardiola

Real Madrid want to secure captain Sergio Ramos to a "lifetime" contract.

That's according to Okdiario's chief pundit Eduardo Inda, while speaking on El Chiringuito de Jugones.

Ramos remains in new contract talks with Real and while he wants some flexibility regarding his next deal, the club wants to secure his future definitively.

Inda explained: "The idea of Sergio Ramos is, if they give him the two years that he wants, it would be to earn around 15 or 16 million euros and the idea of Real Madrid is not to do one thing or the other, but a life contract so he stays a lifetime.

"When the coach (Zinedine Zidane) decides that he cannot play for Madrid, the idea is for him to stay on the organisational chart and in the medium or long term be Real Madrid's (Pep) Guardiola."
