Reiss Nelson missed Hoffenheim's crushing win over Hertha Berlin due to a thigh injury.

The Arsenal loanee had to withdraw from England U21 last week, but it was initially thought he would recover in time for the weekend.

Instead the 19-year-old watched from the sidelines as his teammates won 5-1 over Hertha.

Nelson has struggled for consistency in 2019 after a strong start to his spell in Germany.
