Former Watford boss Javi Gracia has been named new Leeds United manager.
The Spaniard will be sitting in the Leeds dugout within the next week.
Gracia will be tasked with keeping Leeds United in the Premier League.
The Elland Road club has found a new boss two weeks after sacking American Jesse Marsch.
"You never know where or when you have another chance but you have to be ready," Gracia told The Athletic in 2020 about his methods as soon as he joins a new club.
"Of course, all my experiences before, I think have to help you to improve. In this case, if I stay in England, I'm sure my Watford experience will help me.
"As a head coach, you always have to know you have to take the opportunity and make the most out of the players, and you have to be able to adapt.
"In my opinion, this is the most important characteristic you have to have when you move to a new club, because maybe the way you work in Watford doesn't work in other English clubs, you know, or Spanish clubs.
"You have to know before arriving what that club or that team needs to achieve good results. But I'm happy with the work we did in Watford and I'll be always proud of it."
