Hull City are swooping for Bristol Rovers starlet Alefe Santos.
Sky Sports says Santos is set to agree terms on a move to Hull City, but the transfer fee will be decided via a tribunal.
Hull have been chasing Santos for a number of months, but they have been unable to strike a deal with Rovers for the teenager.
He began his career in England as a schoolboy with Stoke City, before joining Rovers in 2011.
