SC Heerenveen coach Marco van Basten says he's not ready for the AC Milan job.

Van Basten will be in Italy tonight for Milan's clash with Juventus.

"I am not ready yet to coach Milan," he told Sport Mediaset. "I still need a little more experience before I train in Italy.

"For now I'd prefer to stay in the Netherlands. When I get that experience, maybe then I can change country."
