Heart of Midlothian boss Paulo Sergio has been hit with a five-match touchline ban for a bust-up with a match official last month.
The Portuguese clashed with referee Alan Muir and was sent to the stands when his Hearts side lost 1-0 to Kilmarnock at Tynecastle on October 29 and the Scottish Football Association have come down hard on him for his misdemeanour.
Sergio has accepted the ban and has vowed to be on his best behaviour from now on.
"I am angry at myself for the way I reacted," he told Hearts TV.
"I have learned my lesson. This is only the second time this has happened to me in my career.
"My focus is on the game against Dundee United and doing what is best for Hearts."
