Eden Hazard has told Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang he is leaving Chelsea.

RMC says Hazard and Aubameyang were seen having a conversation in the tunnel before the Europa League final last week.

And according to reports from France, the Chelsea star was confirming to the Arsenal forward his imminent departure for Real Madrid.

It was well publicised before the Europa League final, which Chelsea won 4-1, that the match would likely be Hazard's last for the south-west London club.

The Belgian allegedly told Aubameyang the same thing in the tunnel before the final.

"I gave my life, my legs, my a**, everything," he is reported to have said to the Gabon international, in their brief conversation.
