Eden Hazard has paid tribute to Cesc Fabregas after yesterday's farewell game with Chelsea.

The midfielder is set to join AS Monaco after leading Chelsea to an FA Cup win over Nottingham Forest.

Hazard is quoted by Metro: "What does Fabregas mean to Chelsea? Everything.

"In five years, I can say that I was lucky to play with him. He is a big guy on and off the field. He is a great friend. I just admire him. I hope he will have a good future.

"He is still a very good player. He will enjoy it."
