Havertz tells Bayer Leverkusen: Sell me to Chelsea

Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Kai Havertz is priortising a move to Chelsea this summer.

Kicker says Havertz has decided his next move and wants to move to Stamford Bridge, despite doubts over their Champions League qualification for next season.

The midfielder has informed Bayer of his wish, though has been warned Chelsea must cough up big for him to be sold.

Bayer chief Rudi Voller is said to have told Havertz face-to-face: "There are no discounts linked to the health situation".

As such, Bayer are demanding €100m to sell Havertz this summer. However, with the market not closing until October 5, Chelsea are expected to bide their time in negotiations knowing Havertz's choice.
