Motherwell prospect Tom Hateley says the players can handle another manager change.
The 21-year-old is preparing to work under his third manager in less than 12 months as chairman John Boyle and chief executive Leanne Dempster close in on their new gaffer.
Hateley said: "It's weird. When I was at Reading, I had the same manager all the time but there's been a few here. It's a big learning curve that will stand us in the good stead.
"When Craig (Brown) and Archie (Knox) arrived we adapted quickly and I'm sure we will do the same when the new man comes in. We are all young and enthusiastic boys."
