Former England midfielder Owen Hargreaves believes Joe Willock needs to leave Arsenal.

The youngster is struggling for a regular start in manager Mikel Arteta's first team this season.

After their Europa League win over Dundalk, Hargreaves commented: "I think he is a really good player. I think he will get a chance to play. He showed (yesterday) that if he gets a chance he can play, he is a good player. He can do so much. That's what he gives you, he gets into the box in the right place at the right time.

"He has fantastic instincts. He has a good feel for the game. He is very brave, he can be really good depending on who his partner is - who he is with. I think there is a really good player in there. It's just a matter of getting the right match. At his age, he has to play matches. I do not think he will get many matches at Arsenal right now."
