Italian coach and director Vincenzo Guerini isn't surprised seeing Juventus cut loose Paulo Dybala.
Juve announced this week that Dybala would be allowed to come off contract and leave this summer.
For Guerini, the decision was expected, as he explained to TMW: "Juventus is like this ... Since the days of Boniperti and Trapattoni, the only thing that matters is winning, while the names come and go.
"Nobody clings to the club, I also think of Del Piero: there is no recognition, after a while we no longer talk about them.
"The club is perfect and punctual, perhaps a little heartless."
