Giannichedda: AC Milan better for Zirkzee than Juventus

Former Juventus midfielder Giuliano Giannichedda is unsure if Josh Zirkzee would suit the Bianconeri.

Juve are among clubs keen on the Bologna striker.

But Giannichedda, when asked the team that would best suit Zirkzee, told TMW: "Perhaps at Milan, which has the most similar system. At Juve without (Thiago) Motta it would be difficult to fit in.

"If he were to go, the manager would also be different, but he would find himself in the midst of a revolution and it would take time. Strong players cost money if you have to make a revolution, and it depends which sector you want to start from. You need to plan now.

"Even if you take (Teun) Koopmeiners and Zirkzee you would spend at least 80 million, they are two very strong but they must be valorised by the system and the game. You must not miss those 2-3 important shots. But you need to know where Juve wants go. It depends on what type of coach there will be and how you want to play.

"If you want to play with two strikers like this year, you need two strikers who know how to communicate. And Vlahovic and Chiesa have struggled in this sense this year."
