Ghana have announced Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey is facing three months out.

While the Gunners are yet to comment, the Black Stars have declared Partey has suffered a serious hamstring injury.

Partey broke down in a training session last week.

The Ghana Football Association announced on their website: "Arsenal ace Thomas Partey is left out of the squad due to injury.

"According to his club, the player picked up an injury in training and could be on the sidelines for a while, however the Black Stars medical teams is monitoring the situation."
