Ghanaian Football Federation president Kurt Okraku has jumped into the transfer debate around Atletico Madrid midfielder Thomas Partey.
The Ghana international is a target for Arsenal and PSG ahead of the summer market.
Okraku told Mundo Deportivo: "First of all, Thomas Partey performed well after going from the lower to the higher ranks. He did a good job for Atlético de Madrid and the Black Stars.
"Now, looking at his next challenge, I think he has to consider three main factors, namely football, the financial issue and the family issue. I therefore advise him to carefully examine these three key areas before making a decision.
"After all, Atlético is a big club and the variables are therefore not very different from what you might find if you left the club."
