Getafe president Angel Torres says Manchester United know their plans for Mason Greenwood.
Torres says they wish to extend the forward's loan into next season.
He told Marca: "We had a video conference a few days ago. Almost every month we talk to see how he is.
"The boy is super happy. He now he is there, in England. The family too. They know that we are interested in him staying one more year and I think we are on the right track."
On Borja Mayoral's future, Torres also said: "Whoever comes for him will have a very difficult time. For Mayoral and anyone. With the clauses there is not the economy to pay. It is the year that I am calmest with that. It is a project to go as far as possible. At some breakfasts you asked me and I said that the team was going to be between eight and twelve. At the moment it is being fulfilled."
