Former AC Milan GM Adriano Galliani is full of praise for Leonardo's work in the transfer market.

Galliani, now running things at Monza, believes Leonardo's deals in January have transformed Milan's fortunes.

He said, "I have to congratulate my friend Leonardo because the two signings of Krzysztof Piatek and Lucas Paquetà have changed the team.

"The results are due to the coach and the whole team.

"But what I say is that no European team has strengthened so much in January as Milan with these two players."
