Liverpool new boy Cody Gakpo revealed there was plenty that he could work on after his debut for the club.

The Dutch striker was involved from the start against Wolves in the FA Cup on Saturday.

The Reds could only manage a 2-2 draw at home, despite having two extra days to prepare for the fixture.

Asked about the occasion post-game, Gakpo stated: "Really great atmosphere.

"For my own game, I think I showed some good moments and some sloppy moments.

"So, I can also still improve on those points and keep working and try to help the team as much as I can. Of course you learn the most when you're playing games, so I'm looking forward [to more]."
