Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi is a step away from joining Fulham.

Hudson-Odoi, who spent last season with Bayer Leverkusen, is available from Chelsea this summer and has been interesting Lazio.

However, Fulham are now closing a deal for the midfielder.

Talks between the West London neighbours are at an advanced stage over a permanent deal.

Hudson-Odoi has less than a year to run on his current Chelsea deal.
