Nottingham Forest are very close to the signature of Liverpool right-back Neco Williams for £16million plus add-ons.
According to The Telegraph, the newly promoted Premier League club have all but wrapped up the signing.
Williams is ready to make the move for regular first team football.
Liverpool are happy to sell, as they have Trent Alexander-Arnold as first choice in that position.
For his part, Forest boss Steve Cooper wanted the club to bring back Djed Spence from Middlesbrough.
However, he is likely to move to Tottenham, which has led them towards Williams.
