Flamengo have invited Chelsea to bid for Matheus Franca.
The London Evening Standard says Chelsea are in talks with Fla for Franca.
The 19 year-old can leave Fla for £21m.
The attacker is a Brazil U20 international and is also interesting Newcastle and Crystal Palace.
He has recently signed a five-year contract that includes a significant release clause.
