Fiorentina coach Vincenzo Italiano admits they're seeking consistency ahead of today's clash with Genoa.
Italiano says they must not underestimate their opponents.
“All teams have room for improvement at this stage of the season. There are a lot of teams that changed coach and a lot of players," Italiano said at a press conference.
“We did well to start off like this, but I believe we can grow, believing in what we do, I'm convinced this team can improve."
“Genoa can give problems to anyone, they had a great comeback at Cagliari. We need to be very careful, focused. Their fans push them. They're a good side with quality players, it's another important test for us, especially after two wins. We want consistency," he continued.
“Being honest in my opinion gives results. I told the players the first day, this is how I coach my team.
“The players have to accept this, they need to think as a team, to grow and improve together. Then I like having fun, enjoying everything with my team. This team has quality, and it's down to me to improve what the team did last season."
