Federico Valverde has signed a new deal with Real Madrid.
The Uruguay midfielder has penned a deal to 2029 today.
The club announced: "Real Madrid C.F. and Fede Valverde have agreed to extend the player's contract, which is linked to the club until June 30, 2029.
"Valverde arrived at Real Madrid in July 2016, at just 18 years old. In his six seasons defending the first team jersey, he is already one of the best midfielders in the world. He has played 220 games, in which he has scored 19 goals and won 9 titles: 1 Champions League, 2 Club World Cups, 1 European Super Cup, 2 Leagues, 1 Copa del Rey and 2 Super Cups from Spain.
"Valverde has been MVP of the final of the Spanish Super Cup 2020 and Silver Ball in the 2023 Club World Cup."
