FC Dallas striker Blas Perez has been handed a one-match suspension from the MLS Disciplinary Committee.
The 31-year old Panamanian has received a retrospective ban and been fined an undisclosed amount after being cited on video reply for elbowing Vancouver Whitecaps' Jordan Harvey in Dallas' 1-0 loss at BC Place on the weekend.
Perez will serve his suspension this Wednesday when FC Dallas host Real Salt Lake but will be eligible for the Texan clubs trip to face the LA Galaxy on Saturday.
