FC Dallas winger Brek Shea does not believe his current training stint with Arsenal will lead to a permanent deal just yet.
The 21-year old USA international is on trial with the Gunners at their Colney base in Greater London but he feels he has so much to learn before making the quantum leap to the English Premier League.
"I got a call one day and was offered the chance to go and train during the break. I thought it was cool and I accepted - it was as easy as that," he said.
"Arsene Wenger said he wanted the best players even in training. This is a great opportunity for me even if it is only for a short while.
"I am very excited to train with players of great quality, some of which are the best in the world.
"Rubbing shoulders with them will obviously make me grow. I cannot wait.
"I am likely to stay with Dallas, though. I am still young and I have got a lot to learn before trying my luck in Europe."
