Manchester United ace Bruno Fernandes has escaped punishment for shoving the assistant referee on Sunday.
The Red Devils midfielder was not at his best in a 7-0 loss to Liverpool at Anfield in the Premier League.
With the game not going his side's way, Fernandes let out his frustration by pushing assistant referee Adam Nunn at one stage of the match.
However, FA rules do state that action can only be taken retroactively if the incident was not seen.
The on-field referee did, however, see what happened and chose not to send off Fernandes.
Many rival fans felt that Fernandes should have seen red for his behavior in the game.
