Former West Ham United and Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp has revealed that he would have loved to manage Liverpool during his career.
Speaking on the Clare Balding show, Redknapp said that the pre-match atmosphere at Anfield is 'fantastic' and that he would enjoyed experiencing that on a regular basis as manager of the Reds.
When asked what his dream job was, he said: "I'd have liked to have managed Liverpool. It's a fantastic atmosphere.
"When that crowd sings You'll Never Walk Alone, the hairs stand up on the back of your neck.
"It's an incredible place and it's a great football club."
Redknapp quit as QPR manager in early February this year to tend to a chronic knee problem.
