Former Real Madrid president Ramon Calderon is convinced Jose Mourinho will return to the club.

The Manchester United manager is a target for Real president Florentino Perez as he considers replacing under pressure coach Julen Lopetegui.

And Calderon can see the deal happening, telling Onda Cero: "Mourinho will come for sure, but I do not know when.

"I bet that in a year, a year and a half, he will be the coach of Real Madrid if he is no longer in Manchester.

"He is the only coach to have fascinated the president, who feels a kind of admiration. He has ruined everything during his stay and I think he will come back."
