Former Newcastle United goalkeeper Pavel Srnicek hopes Alan Pardew continues to back the kids.
Ayoze Perez, Rolando Aarons, Mehdi Abeid and Sammy Ameobi all played their part in the weekend's win over Liverpool.
Srnicek wrote in the Evening Chronicle: "At Sparta Prague we are known for our Academy. It has produced some excellent young players and the whole business depends on us developing stars of the future, selling them on and making sure that we stay on top of our game.
"We are lucky to have half of the national team playing for Sparta at the moment, so I think the people at our club know a thing or two about how to transform talent into a player who is capable of really making a difference.
"For me the secret is really quite simple: you have to give those players opportunities. When I watched the game on Wednesday I saw Rolando Aarons and Sammy Ameobi play really well and I thought that Alan Pardew's approach to these young players was the right one."
