Former Manchester United No2 Rui Faria's move to Qatari side Al Duhail has been confirmed.
The Portuguese left Manchester United in the summer after two seasons at Old Trafford and 17 years working with Mourinho.
Faria had since been linked with a variety of jobs and - a month to the day after his Jose Mourinho's sacking by United - has now been confirmed as the head coach of Al Duhail.
The Qatari Stars League champions said they beat off “great European offers" from a number of clubs that either wanted him as the main man or to join their coaching staff.
Mourinho is also in Qatar right now working with beIN SPORTS and Faria is due to hold a press conference in the upcoming days.
