Rangers legend Andy Goram has recalled one team-talk Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson gave his players ahead of a clash with Liverpool.
Goram had a short spell at Old Trafford and in his new book, being serialised in the Scottish Sun, he revealed: "I loved his style of man-management.
"It was a privilege being in his presence in the dressing room.
"I remember his team talk at Anfield before a Liverpool match.
"He was listing their dangerous players, and mentioned Steven Gerrard and four others.
"Then he just looked around our dressing room and said: 'That's it, really. They've got five good players, and if you can't beat five good players, then you shouldn't be here.'"
