Ex-Man Utd keeper De Gea a Real Madrid option after Courtois injury

Former Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea is a target for Real Madrid.

Real need a new goalkeeper after Thibaut Courtois suffered an ACL injury in training yesterday. The Belgian is expected to be missing nine months.

Andriy Lunin will start against Athletic Bilbao for the LaLiga opener this weekend.

And De Gea is being considered as a replacement for Courtois. The veteran is a free agent after being allowed to come off contract at United this summer.

Also being considered is Sevilla's Bono, who is greatly admired inside Real Madrid.
