Former Manchester United captain Antonio Valencia has offered advice to Ecuador whizkid Kendry Paez.
The teenage striker is playing for Independiente della Valle, but will join Chelsea when he turns 18 next year.
Paez is a senior international and Valencia has urged him to "remain humble".
He said, "He is an intelligent player and his level is getting higher and higher. He has a responsibility, but he shouldn't let the Ecuador jersey weigh him down.
"He must remain humble and continue to think about improving his level."
