Former Inter Milan defender Daniele Adani insists Romelu Lukaku wasn't to blame for Roma's defeat on Sunday.
Lukaku made a losing return to Inter and struggled on the day.
But Adani said on Bobo TV: "The least guilty of all is Lukaku, the whistles didn't affect him but that game.
" How can you have an impact on a match if you don't play football? I don't believe in Roma's match plan. Inter have lost points with Sassuolo and Bologna who are not superior to Roma, they have recovered the deficit by playing but if you don't try you can't play football.
"It wasn't a football match, it's hard to begin an analysis because one tried to do everything to win while the other instead tried to do everything not to achieve something. It's one thing to stay low, and it's another to stay low in front of your own penalty area."
