Championship club Blackpool have taken former Hibernian striker Derek Riordan on trial.
The 28-year old is on the hunt for a new club after returning to the UK following his unsuccessful four-month spell with Chinese Super League club Shaanxi Chanba and has emerged on the radar of the Seasiders.
Riordan recently undertook a training stint with Kilmarnock but Blackpool boss Ian Holloway gave him the opportunity to impress by playing him in a behind-closed-doors match against Bolton on Monday.
