Former Deportivo La Coruna coach Victor Fernandez is on the move to Real Madrid.
Victor will sign a three-year deal with Real to become their new head of the club's academy.
AS says negotiations are at an advanced stage to bring one of the most experienced Spanish coaches to Valdebebas.
The club's plan is for the Zaragoza-born 54-year-old to take full control at the club's training base and bring a uniform structure to all of Madrid's youth teams.
