Ex-Chelsea boss Lampard makes swift Canada call

Former Chelsea and Everton manager Frank Lampard had a chance to become a head coach again.

However, he is said to have rejected the chance to get back into management.

Per The Telegraph, Lampard held initial talks with the Canadian FA about their national team position.

However, he is not set to replace John Herdman, who stepped down back in September.

Mauro Biello is currently in charge of the Canadian national team on a temporary basis.

Lampard may prefer to take on a club job where he is working with the players most days.
