Former Arsenal captain Robin van Persie says the players can't understand manager Unai Emery's instructions.
RVP says Emery's English just isn't good enough.
He revealed: “I played under (Arsene) Wenger, Louis van Gaal and Sir Alex Ferguson. So many trainers and their main quality was clear.
"Someone sent me a video from Emery last week, showing how he was trying to explain something. I couldn't really understand what he was saying: 'calm, calm' or 'come, come'.
"That is important, you must be clear. A coach is a leader and a leader must be clear towards his players."
