Arsene Wenger admits he could already be back in work.

The 69-year-old left Arsenal at the end of last season.

“I was tempted and as well a little bit afraid to dive back into it straight away," he said.

“I was realising that I lived like somebody in a coma for 35 years who woke up and saw something different in life than just my club, my game and my work.

“So I thought maybe I have to analyse that and take a little bit longer distance."
