Everton hero Ian Snodin is looking forward to seeing Steven Naismith establish himself.

The midfielder has just arrived on a free transfer from Rangers.

Snodin told evertonfc.com: "It's always good when new faces come in - it gives you that anticipation. I'm sure the fans are looking forward to seeing what he can do and whether he can cement a first team place.

"It's alright being a squad player but he'll want to cement a place in that select XI. Let's hope we see the best of him."
