Spain boss Vicente del Bosque has played down the outburst of Pedro after the Chelsea winger complained about being left on the bench for Spain.
Pedro has since apologised for his comments but a poll in Spain showed 87 per cent of Spanish fans are in favour of sending him home.
Del Bosque says he will not reprimand Pedro, who has played less than 10 minutes so far.
"Pedro was a bit angry he is not playing," Del Bosque said. "That is inevitable and can happen. We try to get on well with everyone and for everybody to be happy and comfortable.
"However, it is inevitable that in certain moments with those 12 players who are not playing there will be a bit of discrepancy, that is what happened and I do not think there is anything more to it than that."
