Espanyol striker Joselu isn't ruling anything regarding talk of a return to Real Madrid.

Following Espanyol's relegation, Joselu is being linked with former club Real.

He told AS: "Right now I can't say anything, but it's always a compliment to be in the newspapers.

"I hope that good things come in the future, but right now I'm focused on the National Team and trying to win the Nations League. Being associated with the best teams in the world is always positive.

"I left Madrid and I have good friends there, people who work there. It is always appreciated that these people remember you.

"I don't know what will happen next season. When the national team is over we'll start talking and I hope things go well. I hope that everything can be fixed soon, both for the peace of mind of me and my family, to have a peaceful summer. We will try to fix what is best and as fast as possible."
