Espanyol are eyeing Real Madrid midfielder Brahim Diaz.

The youngster only moved to Real last month from Manchester City, but doubts are already being raised over his future in Madrid.

And Catalan media sources say Espanyol are weighing up a loan move for Brahim.

Initially, the youngster refused to leave on-loan upon signing for Real, but is now having a rethink after realising the competitiveness in midfield.

And with Pablo Piatti's serious knee injury, Brahim could move to Espanyol immediately as an emergency signing.
