Manchester United target Rasmus Hojlund has earned praise from an international teammate.

The Denmark youngster was hyped up by his countryman and United star Christian Eriksen.

The veteran midfielder admitted his admiration for the 20-year-old, but stated he had not yet talked to Hojlund about joining him at the Red Devils next season.

“I can see him [Hojlund] at Manchester United, but I haven't recommended him to Erik ten Hag," Eriksen told Ekstra Bladet.

“He is a fantastic guy and a good player and has really developed brilliantly at Atalanta.

“What the club ends up doing, I will not be able to answer."
