England U21 coach Aidy Boothroyd says the FA will have to sack him to leave the job.
England are out of Euro 2019 after losing their second consecutive game in the tournament to Romania. It is their worst performance at this tournament since 2013 in Israel, when they were also eliminated after losing their first two games.
"I'm not going anywhere," Boothroyd said after England had lost 4-2 at the Stadio Dino Manuzzi. "They will have to carry me out. I'm a little bit surprised by that question. It is important that we have a proper debrief about it and not just make a throwaway comment.
"If we are going to win a tournament like this it is clear there are things we have to improve on. Some things have gone really well and there are some things we have to improve on."
