Jordan Henderson believes he could still be ready for England's semi-final encounter with Croatia on Wednesday.

The Liverpool captain sustained a tight hamstring in a 2-0 quarter-final win over Sweden but is hopeful it won't prevent him for participating the next match.

"I was just a little bit tight before the game, so towards the last 20 minutes I just overstretched and I felt it a little bit," Henderson told UK newspapers.

"But it doesn't feel too bad, so hopefully it'll be fine."
