England coach Gareth Southgate has been left unimpressed by the attitude of Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho, it has been revealed.
The Daily Mail says Southgate has regarded Sancho as a disruptive, negative influence given his tendency to sulk when not selected.
At Euro 2020 Sancho is said to have reacted petulantly after being left out of the squad for the opening group game against Croatia.
Southgate left Sancho out of his starting line-up for the tournament as he felt his training levels were not up to scratch. The winger has only been called up once by Southgate since, for the World Cup qualifier against Andorra.
The news comes after Sancho accused Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag of making him a "scapegoat" after being dropped for Sunday's defeat at Arsenal. Ten Hag cited poor training form for his decision.
