Edin Dzeko has posted a farewell to Inter Milan as he signs for Fenerbahce.

Dzeko was undergoing his medical on Friday in Istanbul.

And he posted to social media: “Ciao Pazza Inter, it's been two wonderful years.

“They were wonderful on the pitch, with the coach and my teammates and wonderful in the stands. San Siro is always full with incredible support for a team capable of reaching the final in every competition.

“I scored. I dreamed. We dreamed, covered kilometers and won four cups. It was a wonderful journey.

“Now we are separating, but thanks for everything. Good luck for the future! Forza Inter"
